Problems with HP laptop batteries that cause their combustion and the company offers free replacement

The US Product Safety Authority released a statement asking users of HP laptops to pay attention to recent combustion incidents of their batteries.

According to the Authority, a large group of the company's computers sold between:
December 2015 to December 2017 has battery problems that either burn, roam, or melt, depending on the situation on the ground.

HP published a statement saying that a very small percentage of its computer users around the world were affected by those problems because of the use of batteries from another provider.
The company provided an official page containing infected devices, including computers:
Envy M6, ZBook 17 G4 and ZBook 17 G3
These include other computers as well.

If the computer is in the list, you can go to any authorized service center of the company to inspect the device and ensure the safety of the battery in order to replace them free of charge in case of threats to the user.
